VIA and AAEON target niche markets with new board
In a recent press release, VIA announced that AAEON Technology, well known as a single board computer developer, proudly opted for the VIA C7 and Eden processors in their latest ETX CX700M board. The board is mainly designed for high end electronic gaming and entertainment systems.  The ETX CX700M combines a 1.6GHz VIA Eden or 2.0GHz VIA C7 processor with the VIA CX700M system media processor.
