Thumbs up

Drivers work great. Big difference in picture quality in most of my games. Water effects look really sweet.

That free game they offer is crap. But some of the demos that you can watch are really amazing. Chris.

For the first time in ages I decided to try a new release driver. The demos sounded interesting. Unfortunately all I got was a black screen when Vista loaded the background. "No signal" said the monitor.

Went into safe mode & uninstalled, rebooted & installed the previous 175.19 driver. It black screened at the same point!

Luckily I had set a restore point so I got my working pc back again.

Ah well, back to my usual method - leave the testing & try outs of new drivers to others.

Mass Effect crashes with a General Protection Fault with these drivers, so I went back to the WHQL 177.41's and all is well. Chris.
