choices for small distro for mozilla+ppp on FlashDisk ?

I am planning to install a small linux distro on a flash disk (instead of an IDE Hard disk). It is for my (old) father to let hime have access to mozilla (or equivalent) for web surfing and email access. I am planning to buy a cheap fanless VIA EPIA 533 with an external RS232 modem for ppp web access. I own already a EPIA 6000M with debian distro (which means, I know a little about itx).
Could you suggest small distros including mozilla and ppp with minimalist interface and small size (less than 64 MB, or better : less than 32MB) ?
