USB 2.0 card not letting me install anything(Urgent!!!)

Hi i took me awhile to find out what place made my USB card and i think this is the place. I have a VIAtech Vt314-4 card that installed fine when i booted up the computer but when i try to plug anything into it i get the messege that its not being regonized and its not the hardware because ive tryed 3 other bits of hardware that work fine on the default USB hub. Where can i find the drivers for that USB Card here?

Windows has the drivers. VIA has not had USB drivers since the days of Win ME. Go to Windows Update and have it scan for new hardware with the card installed.

Are there any yellow !'s in Device Manager? Could be a bad card.
