Default Accessing the "rear output mixer" properties of the audio render.

I am using the windows XP embedded and need to access the "rear output mixer" (i.e. mute and volume level) associated with VIA HD Audio driver/device to enable the sidetone.

Just wondering if the required driver API is available for it and can be accessed through IOCTL or similar function call.

I am new to this field so any valuable input will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

I doubt if anyone here will have the answer to that. Try contacting VIA Contact Us - VIA Technologies, Inc.
