Default Shutdown problem with win 98se and via v6202 usb 2.0 host card


I have recently installed a V6202 USB 2.0 Host Card on my system which is using win 98 SE. When shutting down my system now hangs with a black screen and a flashing cursor inthe top corner and the main power still on. If I disable the drivers for this card and leave the card installed then my system reverts to norm and powers down correctly. I have uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled them however the problem persists. HELP What can I do to resolve this. I have a Gigabyte GA - Bx2000 mboard and a pentium PIII 550Mhz Processor.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img]

Have you tried to shutdown with no USB devices connected to the PCI card...?????
