You have the 686B South Bridge, so there is a good chance your motherboard uses VIA audio codec for 686B, but it is not a certainty as other audio codecs could be used (or not at all): Latest VIA Combo Audio Driver for 9x/ME/XP/2000
I couldn't say what other drivers you would need for motherboard specific options (audio, LAN, etc.) without knowing the make/model.
The "T" in PLE133T
was to designate support for Tualatin core processors. Your chipset isn't the limitation to using faster Socket 370 Celeron and P3 processors up to 1.2+ GHz. Your motherboard VRM design and BIOS will determine the max processor support, but without more information on the make/model of the motherboard, I would only be guessing.
