SATA Raid Controller PCI Card

I bought 2 VIA VT6421L SATA Raid Controller PCI Cards, 1 i installed in my computer other in dell dimention. Both of the computers are not booting up the sata card bios. I can't access the cards bios and after booting to windows xp, the card's not even beeing recognised. It's like i never installed it. How come the bios are not comming up on both computers? I know i installed the hardware correctly becasue the are LED lights on the card, but NO BIOS ARE SHOWING. WTF?

Guys

It sounds like your OEM BIOS "proprietary" is blocking the cards BIOS in some fashion. Perhaps an email off to DELL Support might get you some answers.........
