I'm looking for the next driver

VIA AC'97 Enhanced Audio Controller (WDM)

the driver is for my soundcard and I have Windows 95

can somebody post where i can find the driver on the internet or post the driver by hisself??

Identify what sort of onboard sound you have by reading the product page for your motherboard or your motherboard manual. A VIA chipset based motherboard does not necessarily have VIA onboard sound.

That said, and you have determined that you definately WANT a VIA driver you should get it here:

my sound system is not on the motherboard but a soundcard apart!

I am also having a similar problem, i recently lost all sound on my on-board sound card, i put on a new driver (Vinyl_AudioCodec_V510b) for a VT82C686B but i still have no sound, any help would be great
